With ease of use, collaboration, push notifications & sync as the core pillars; FactoryTalk® TeamONE™ delivers the ability for industrial users to be mobile and more productive anywhere on the factory floor. FactoryTalk® TeamONE™ comes with a series of ‘on-node’ app based modules that perform specific functions like trending, device health, incidents and team collaboration - all that work instantly after your download. There is no server to setup or 'friction' for you to realize value - just download and go! You can connect to other people and connect directly to any CIP device via EtherNet/IP in the Device Status module. Reading and Trending drive parameters and controller tags is currently supported with the Allen Bradley Logix-based controllers (CompactLogix & ControlLogix) and PowerFlex drives without the need of an OPC server in between. Additional capabilities are available to subscribers, like multi-pen trending, push notifications from FactoryTalk® Alarms & Events, FactoryTalk® Analytics for Devices (aka Shelby) as well as from multiple teams and more.

FactoryTalk® TeamONE™ helps you meet your company's objective of increased productivity by delivering an easy to use, frictionless app with more features/modules planned to be added in the future.

Please let us know what you think as we continue to add features to both the Free and Standard editions. Here’s what’s new in this release:

- Standard users can export incidents as pdf files and share using apps such as Messages, Email, etc.
- Using the Monitor module to connect directly to a Logix-based controller from your iPhone and iPad without a server in between is powerful. Starting with this release, in addition to accessing controller scoped tags, all users can access program parameters and local tags (aka program scoped tags). Examples are added to the Monitor module to help you with the syntax.
- You can now send a link of any Knowledgebase Answer ID to Chat, Teamboard or to an incident directly from the Knowledgebase Module so it can be easily referenced by others on your team.
- We’ve also improved support for iPads, made some minor updates and some bug fixes.

Please let us know what you think as we continue to add features to both the Free and Standard editions. Here’s what’s new in this release:

-So, you are troubleshooting an issue with your process and you are in a location where you don’t have a place or stand for your laptop. Now you do! Leave that laptop behind (locked on your desk), take your phone out and use TeamONE™. The app will launch much quicker with this release and you can now trend Logix tags directly without the need of a computer or server!
-Standard users can trend up to five (5) elements (tags or drive parameters) in one trend!
-The Chat and Teamboard text entry fields are enhanced to help you be more descriptive for better collaboration.
-Attaching pictures to the Incident module is great. Being able to tap, pinch and zoom on these pictures is even better and is now possible with this release.
-We’ve also improved support for iOS 12.

There are other minor updates and some bug fixes.

With this major release, you’ll find exciting new additions, including a NEW module!

- Monitor module (new!) - view live tag values directly from a controller without a data server in the middle, which can be used for tasks like I/O checkout or troubleshooting values that may not be displayed on an HMI. You can start using this module for free.

- Favorites module (renamed from Pinboard) – allows you to create a personal list of what’s important to you, now including Monitor lists and Trends. This list isn’t shared with your team, so your preferences are safe with us. -wink-

- Reorganized home screen to highlight the modules our users have been using the most, to keep you working efficiently.

- New FactoryTalk® Analytics for Devices features are now available in the Action Deck module! The Action Deck Module is now aware of Devices Aliases configured in a connected FactoryTalk® Analytics for Devices appliance, to make it easier to find a problem. We have also added a new quick filter that simplifies the hiding or showing resolved Action Cards.

- Auto-logon to the Rockwell Knowledgebase works again. (Yay!)
- Built-in support for a demo mode that lets you use your own phone during a Rockwell training class without messing up your existing teams. Come see what we mean at Rockwell Automation TechED!
- Better support Support for iOS 11

Our engineers and designers are awesome! They’ve been pounding the keys and with this this release we’re bringing many new Standard Edition features to life! The Standard Edition updates include:

•Offline Quick Team Switching – You can now switch to any of your teams when you’re offline (if you’ve previously logged into the team on your device). In the past we added the ability to switch teams without the need to login again BUT you needed to be online to do so. Now you can do it regardless of your connectivity status.

•Multi-Team Push Notifications – For those users that have joined multiple teams on the same device, you’ll now get push notifications for each team you’re part of. This one is like a ‘shy feature’ that is going to be a sleeper hit. It’s a feature that won’t brag about itself, but it should. It’s just like Kevin P. on our development team ;-)

•Multi-Pen Trending – Now you can trend up to three (3) elements in one trend! You can also share and post these trends to your team to debug your industrial processes faster and compare values easily.

We also did updates across the app which apply to Free Edition users. These include UI enhancements, bug fixes, security enhancements and more code refactoring to make the internals of TeamONE even more of an expandable platform. One other big item is that we’ve tested and now support iOS11.
Email us or search the Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase if you want more details on the updates, enhancements and fixes in this release. For any login issues or bugs, please email ramobilesupport@ra.rockwell.com to create a support ticket and our team will jump right on it.

Raise the roof - it’s time to celebrate! It’s our 1 year anniversary on the app store and our 10th release of TeamONE! We’re so happy to have reached this important milestone and in this release we’ve focused on some great high impact features. These include:

•Higher resolution images (Free & Standard Editions) – You now can make out what your pictures are within the chat, Teamboard and incident modules.
•Team Switching ‘Part 2’ (Standard Edition) – You can now quickly switch teams without logging out when online by way of a new icon beside the team name on the homepage.
•Other updates include, UI enhancements when you join a team, auto scrolling to the bottom of the Teamboard and a metric ton of code refactoring that makes the internals of TeamONE more of an expandable platform for the future.

We’ve also fixed many bugs and enhanced the apps security. Email us or search the Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase if you want a full list of updates, enhancements and fixes in this release.

The TeamONE development team has been hard at work improving both the Free and Standard editions based off your feedback!

- Device Status - A lot of you were seeing ‘unknown’ devices so we’ve updated the Device Status Module library which now includes 1500+ devices.
- Incident - A new incident filter & report. You now have a quick summary of the incidents in your team and you can filter on: open, closed, day/week/month, and the ones authored by you.
- Teamboard - The Teamboard notification toasts while you’re in the app can be annoying so now you can suppress those within settings
- Chat - We removed the need to add contacts in the chat module. All team members will appear in the module, no need to manually add your mates.

More app wide updates include:

- A new & simplified flow when you log into the app and join/create a team. Now you can change your picture and name based off the team!
- Our login prompt when you were automatically logged out due to a password change on the web wasn’t behaving. In this update it’s behaving now.
- If you are typing in a text field and go to another module we now retain that text. We also prompt you to save edits if you are in an ‘add or edit’ workflow and get a toast notification.

We’ve also fixed many bugs and laid some internal groundwork for our next update. Email us or search the Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase if you want a full list of updates, enhancements and fixes in this release.

We’re back with a new update for you! Updates include:

TEAMBOARD NOTIFICATIONS ARE HERE! We’ve heard this from many and now you’ll get a notification when team members post. We had to re-do our back end for the notification system to handle the 1 to many type of push notification and now it’s ready to go! One major piece to enable this was that we changed to use tabs and not spaces…tabs create smaller file sizes…spaces are not precise ;-)

You need to know what time people messaged you and the team. So we’ve added timestamps in the Chat and Teamboard modules and also done some UI tweaks. Now you can collaborate better!

When you log out and switch teams, the app now ‘delta’ syncs. Which means the app now keeps a copy of each team’s database so when you log out and log back into your teams, only the new stuff syncs. It’ll also now show you only the new messages you got while not logged in to your other teams. This enhancement saves you time and network bandwidth.

More updates include:
•Knowledgebase Module – It now keeps your spot so when you leave and return it’s where you left it
•App General - Added name labels under each icon so you know what they actually do before you touch them
•Device Status Module - renamed the device health module to device status because it’s more reflective of what it actually does

We’ve also squashed bugs, enhanced UI elements based off feedback, and added security enhancements. Email us or search the Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase if you want a full list of updates, enhancements and fixes in this release.
As always, keep sending feedback and thoughts to 33seconds@ra.rockwell.com. For any login issues or bugs, please email ramobilesupport@ra.rockwell.com to create a support ticket and our team will jump right on it.

We’ve got a mucho grande update for you!

Users told us remembering team names was annoying and we agree! Now when you join a team, you get a list of all the teams you’re a part of or that you’ve been invited to. This makes things much easier when logging in or onboarding new team members - so be sure to invite more folks to your teams!

We’ve enabled our Standard Edition option in this release. Included in this edition is the brand spanking new Alarms module. This new module is awesome at helping teams solve issues even faster on the plant floor! Standard Edition users can now view, post, and share alarms from a FactoryTalk Alarms & Events server. You already have this if you’re running FactoryTalk View Site Edition HMI or you can get it by installing FactoryTalk Alarms & Events separately.

We’ve also squashed bugs, enhanced UI elements based off feedback, and added security enhancements. These include a mapping issue for the 1769-L19ER name, sorting chats based off the latest thread, behavior of the 'Go' button on the keyboard, and fixing a situation where users couldn’t resolve an incident. In addition, a swipe on a team member’s name now allows you to resend an invite. Email us or search the Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase if you want a full list of what’s been fixed in this release.

As always, keep sending feedback and thoughts to 33seconds@ra.rockwell.com. For any login issues or bugs, please email ramobilesupport@ra.rockwell.com to create a support ticket and our team will jump right on it.

Listening and adjusting is a key part to any relationship and of course our team loves our users so here are some excerpts of what’s in this update:

•You wanted to trend a parameter directly from viewing a device within the Device Health module vs. going back to the homepage and entering the Trend module. So we did that. It’s clean, nice & saves you 2.39 seconds every time. Seconds count!
•Users want to add team members and logout but they can’t find where to do this within the app. It’s actually buried 3 levels deep in the settings; our bad on this design. So to fix this you now have a ‘Quick Action’ bar on the homepage that deep links into these functions. It’s easy and quick. Stay tuned for more and more quick functions to appear in the bar over time.
•Some folks use DNS to route to their CIP devices and we only supported direct IP in prior versions. In this update, the Connect Module now supports hostname as well as IP addresses. Now you can enter something like ‘Line1powerflex525thatmixesthebutter.yourdomain.com’ and connect to it! This also lays the groundwork for our upcoming edition that will enable you to connect to Alarm servers and put more context into your team collaborations.
•Users thought based off our login page that you needed a TechConnect contract to use TeamONE. This isn’t the case, and we’ve made some small updates to the login screen to make this clearer.
•Apps have bugs and we’ve squashed a bunch in this release. Some you’ve told us about and some we’ve found on our own. From the keyboard being hidden every time you send a chat or post on the Teamboard, to tapping an image opens the wrong image to a really-deep-in-the-server one that you didn’t see but we sure did in our error logs. These bugs, along with about 10 others, are fixed in this update.

As always, keep sending us feedback and thoughts to 33seconds@ra.rockwell.com. For any login or bug issues, please email ramobilesupport@ra.rockwell.com to create a support ticket so our team can jump on it.

We’re back with a new update! We’ve added a new item and fixed an annoying error dialog in this update.

• Some of our users have forgotten their passwords and can’t login. No worries, we’re all forgetful sometimes. We’ve integrated a new forgot password interaction on the homepage so you can reset your password quickly.
• We had a deep error that was throwing an error every 30 seconds in a specific situation. Debugging it was a bit like trying to pin Jello to a wall; but thanks to a great early adopter user that helped us debug it - it’s fixed!
• We’ve also done some other minor UX refinements and bug fixes. Email us if you want details on these.

As always, keep sending us feedback and thoughts 33seconds@ra.rockwell.com and any login or bug issues please email ramobilesupport@ra.rockwell.com and that will create a support ticket and our team will jump on it.

We've fixed some issues reported by our awesome early adopter users and added a new feature in this update!

* Our offline indicator and message was as hyper as a 5 year old child on a sugar rush, and it was showing a lost connection when it was really ok. We've calmed it down in this release.
* Before when you added a team member you had tell them in person that you've invited them. Now you have the option to send them a personalized, auto-created email.
* If you added a new incident in a certain way you could save it without a name, which is a required field. We didn't like this loophole and neither did the app, so we closed it.

Keep sending us feedback and thoughts 33seconds@ra.rockwell.com and any login or bug issues please email ramobilesupport@ra.rockwell.com and that will create a support ticket and our team will jump on it.

Project Stanton is now FactoryTalk® TeamONE™!

We've listened to a lot of your feedback during our preview and updated the following things in this 1.1 product release.

- First off, there is no more preview VIP list! Now anyone can now download and login.
- The Teamboard module’s performance loading posts was a bit like a rowboat, now it’s like a jet boat.
- When the app can't sync to the cloud due to network issues you wanted to be notified of that. We get that; so we added an indicator on the homepage when you’re offline and a drop down message when you’re in the modules. You can still use modules when you’re offline from the cloud because TeamONE will just sync when the connection comes back. It goes away automatically when the network connection returns or you can dismiss it by the x.
- Sometimes the trend didn't come back when you locked your phone. That’s annoying so we fixed that.
- We’ve done a bunch of visual updates. The most notable is the octagon in the top right. That’s now a home icon. The home icon brings you home. People get it now.
- We added a button for technical support in the about page (within the gear). This button launches your devices email app and populates an email that goes into an support email that will automatically create a ticket. You can use this button when you need help or just email ramobilesupport@ra.rockwell.com outside of the app for support.
- Team members can now remove team members from the team. The team owner cannot be removed. When a team member is removed, the app also posts on the Teamboard that the user has been removed. Be sure to know if the team member you’ve removed is offline, he/she won't be removed until he/she reconnects to the cloud.
- When you posted a URL link in the Teamboard module, these posts didn't have an underline so people didn't know it was a link. So now they know and knowing is 1/2 the battle.
- We changed the app icon and splash screen. We like red and gray better.

We've got a ton more planned based off your feedback so be sure to update your app often! Also keep sending your feedback to 33seconds@ra.rockwell.com because together we get better.
