Added new GetTogether management functions including option to set a maximum number of attendees, with Full indicator when that limit is reached.
Also added Attending and Interested lists together with the ability for organisers to message these lists in bulk, functions for users to request notification of future events from GetTogether organisers, a fix to Show in Maps functions, and a fix to store end times for GetTogethers, and a fix to display of the hours selector when editing GetTogethers on certain phone models.
