If you turn this feature ON in Settings, once your PHOTOS are exported, the EXACT date and time of original capture (to the millisecond) will be printed on the bottom-left corner of the photo. Great for scientific use, traffic analysis, legal work, insurance documentation and many other purposes.
TONS OF STABILITY IMPROVEMENTS
Fast Camera is the ONLY camera app that rocks on iOS 7 yet still supports iOS 4.3, iOS 5 and iOS 6. Making one version of Fast Camera run flawlessly on older devices like the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 while performing at world record speed on iPhone 5S (up to 26 8MP photos per second) takes a lot of work and testing. The Auto-On feature is now OFF by default in version 6.5. If you want the app to start snapping pics immediately upon launch, please turn this option back ON in settings.

Here are instructions on getting started with 4K:
Step 1: On settings in Fast Camera, set to 8MP and turn off GPS and turn off auto-on and also turn off auto-save. This will enable Fast Camera to capture 24 8MP photos per second.
Step 2: Before you tap "Start", double tap to lock focus and exposure or triple tap to set and lock manual controls. This will keep the app from trying to auto-focus.
Step 3: Tap start and capture up to 2000 photos.
Step 4: Use iExplorer or iFunBox to transfer the 2,000 image sequence of 8MP photos to your desktop from the Fast Camera folder. This is much faster than trying to use your camera roll and iPhoto.
Step 5. Create a 4K project and sequence in Final Cut or Premiere or preferably Adobe After Effects (Adobe has free 30-day trial) and import the image sequence. Turn on motion blur for that layer. This is necessary to give the image sequence a motion video look.

If you are still on iOS 5, please do not install this update. Also, avoid using Stealth mode on iOS 7. Fixes soon. Some users are reporting they cannot save images to camera roll. If this happens to you, select some images and Save-->Export as a Video first. Then you should be able to save images.
