Now the app by default will auto-populate the most recent parameters you used into the UI so you don't have to re-type them every time. You can turn feature this off in the Settings tab.
• The app will now automatically select all text in a text field whenever you tap on it for ease of changing the random number parameter values
• Modified the update dialog to make it non-critical for non-critical updates, cause that's just annoying. *facepalm*

First major update in a while. Your reviews help us to continue releasing updates.
• Per popular request, you can now view all the random numbers that you previously generated in the Single # tab/app component. You can sort these numbers by Recent First or Recent Last. Pick whichever sort mode your heart desires. Note that this history does not persist across app launches. If the app is terminated, the history will reset. You can still leave the app and come back to find your history, though (as long as iOS hasn't terminated the app due to memory/system constraints).
• Ability to clear history in Single # tab

• Made some improvements to the More tab. Seriously, check out my other apps. They're pretty cool.
• Users who have paid for a Pro Upgrade will have to restore their purchases upon downloading this update. Sorry for the inconvenience--that's my bad. If you go to the More tab and tap Restore Purchases, you should be squared away in no time.

• Removed all full screen advertisements! This approach simply did not work for users. Sorry about that. The only advertisements that show in the lite version of the app are banner ads at the bottom of the screen (no more intrusive ads).
• Speaking of advertisements, we've heard what many of you have to say about paying to remove ads. Drumroll......now you can remove ads for free by checking out one of our apps from within the app (via the More tab or the greeting message). You don't have to buy any apps--you only have to visit the app store page. While we appreciate if you buy one of our apps, purchase is not necessary to remove ads. Note: to support continued development of this app and the many hours it takes to release updates, this method of removing ads persists until you update the app. When you update the app, simply do the same thing to remove ads, and you can keep doing that every update. Our goal is for you to continue using Fast Random Number Generator for free while still hopefully supporting us by checking out some of our other apps.
• Landscape orientation enabled! Also enabled portrait upside down orientation for you upside-down folks.
• Slight improvement to workflow for specifying a delimiter for batches of random numbers.
• Changed title of Batch # tab to "Multiple #s" to make it more clear that this tab is used for generating multiple random numbers at the same time. Significantly reduced the frequency of full screen ads. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience they have caused you. Every now and then, people make a big mistake, and showing an ad for every 2 single number generations was just too much. We've listened to your concerns, and we hope you can get back to using the ad-supported version of Fast Random Number Generator without fear of an ad popping up every two random generations.
As a note, if you want to generate multiple numbers, feel free to use the Batch # feature, which allows you to generate up to 12,000 random numbers in a single batch (max of 7,000 for batches without repeating numbers).
Also, we have significantly decreased the cost of removing ads from $4.99 in the U.S. App Store to $0.99. To remove ads permanently, go to the More tab at the bottom of the screen and tap "Remove Ads".

Added dialog explaining that ads can be removed by upgrading to pro. We often reduce the price of upgrading to pro, so you can see how much a Pro Upgrade would cost by clicking Upgrade to Pro. You will then be prompted by iOS to confirm purchase of the upgrade, and that prompt will contain the price to upgrade, but you can exit this dialog without purchasing if you just wanted to check the price. Or you can purchase the upgrade and keep our lights turned on :P

It's been quite a while since the last update. Apologies for that. Updates will be delivered more regularly as we receive feature requests and bug reports.

• Delimiter choice and allow repetition flag is now persisted between app launches, so they stay the same as the last time you left the app.
• Increased max batch size to 12,000 for batches with repeats allowed and 7,000 for batches with repeats disallowed. This change applies to pro and non-pro users, so everybody gets the same functionality, regardless of whether or not you have purchased the Pro upgrade.
• Ability to share random numbers to more destinations using iOS-native share sheet for text items. If you have an app on your iOS device that supports text sharing such as Notes, Mail, Evernote, or Gmail (also many others), then you can share your random number to any of those. You can also copy to the pasteboard.
• ...which brings me to my next point: Advertisements and upgrading to Pro version. A bit of context is necessary. It takes a lot of time to develop apps. While I love making apps for the fun of it, I have bills to pay, just like you. What that means is I have to establish a model whereby I can be compensated for my time, and you can still enjoy using the app. I've heard many well-founded complaints saying users don't like paying $0.99 for a Lite version of an app that still has ads. I completely understand where the user base is coming from, and so I've decided to make the app completely free, with a caveat. The caveat is that there are advertisements in the non-Pro tier. So what you can expect is to see for a non-Pro user experience is an ad banner embedded in the user interface and an occasional interstitial ad (think: occasional full screen ad) which displays every so many random number generations. If you hate seeing ads, I've made available a Pro upgrade, where you make a one-time, restorable purchase, and you'll never see an ad again in the app.

• Pick a random item from a list of words or numbers (names, movies, restaurants, weight classes, race car numbers, numbers, etc.). This allows you to choose a random item in a list for decision making purposes (e.g., "Which restaurant should I dine in?" or "Which movie should I watch?"). Some users also may use this feature when officiating sports events, and they must figure out the order of competition for various weight classes. Teachers may create a list of student names and use this feature to select random students from the roster for answering a question or for assigning groups. The sky's the limit for this feature, and I'm really excited to get this feature out there for your convenience.
