FCS Asset.Desk Vertrag

Missed an important notice date? Thanks to the new Asset.Desk Vertrag app this sentence belongs to the past now.
The app is the mobile version of the Asset.Desk contract management module by FCS, which makes it possible for you to have an eye on all contracts at any time.
Check all the data that is important for the respective contract, e.g. contract partners, run time, notice period, cost centre, risk category, etc. Important information concerning the contract can be gathered on the run through the application in form of a file note.
The follow up function informs you about upcoming notice dates on the start page. Here you can also see when the next contract expires or when the next payments are due.
The cash flow management in the app shows you the expectable financial requirements in the course of the coming year on the basis of all contracts that are recorded in Asset.Desk to always keep you informed on monthly payments and revenues. You can also limit the cash flow view to quarters only.
That way you get a good overview of upcoming events and deadlines at all times.
Please note that the Asset.Desk Vertrag app can be used only in combination with the contract management module of the software solution Asset.Desk and the OData-Gateway.
