FCS Connect Pro is a mobile application designed to help hotel staff generate & fulfil job orders, and look up guest profiles for personalized services. It has the capability to automate job assignments based on staff’s abilities, schedule and locations. Hotel staff can also utilize the chat feature for improved communication.
