Maintenance release that bundles up many minor UI changes.

Changes to instruments:
Map - Weather overlays now show correctly over all aviation overlays
Chronograph - Fuel burn calculations now work when app is in the background

Corrected crash when using Groundspeed Indicator or Chronometer. For now, you may find that the Groundspeed indicator and Chronometer instruments do not show all data as expected. This will be corrected in an upcoming release, but I needed to first fix the immediate crashes. Apologies for the inconvenience.

This release is really quite a small update. It brings the ability to play the morse ident for any station in the navigation database. Wherever you see an ident in the app, if you press that ident the app, it will play the morse identifier out loud and also show the encoded morse in a little drop-down from the top of the screen.

I also received a few reports of the app freezing upon startup whilst showing the splash screen. This was often when the device thinks it has a valid network connection but in reality it doesn't. Hence the hang. I have changed the way I now check for a valid network connection and I am hoping this resolves the issue. Please let me know if you still see this problem.

• REVISED MAP COMPONENT

This release changes the map provider from Google Maps to Mapbox.
This enables a more modern API, smoother animations (for the most part) and a better path for new features.

- Map now uses Mapbox instead of Google Maps
- Map styles have changed. (Streets, Terrain, Satellite, Satellite Streets, Light & Dark)

• OTHER WORK

- Fixed for some edge-case crashes on some devices
- The ad sub-system has been updated. This has no user noticeable impact.
