Employee RegistrationNew employees register themselves with their most important data and documents directly in the app. By continuously completing his employee profile, the supervisor receives all relevant information for the dynamic shift planning. The registered employee data have direct impact on "Disposition and Dynamic Shift Planning". Task ManagementAn interactive daily planner informs and reminds the employee about his daily tasks and takes short-term changes into account. The cleaner is guided through his working day and assigned areas and tasks are only shown to him. The current cleaning status is shown in real time to the supervisor and, if required, to the commercial client. Time Tracking & Time SheetsThe employee checks in at the beginning of his shift. He receives an overview of his working time data on a weekly, monthly or annual basis and can obtain an up-to-date overview at any time. This records the hours worked, vacation days and absences.Photo Upload & Performance Documentation The user can upload and comment on services at task level on site through photo documentation. The documentation can be sent to the supervisor and, if required, to the commercial client. Chat FunctionChat function with photo and video documentation - as easy as What's App. Enables communication at area and task level to the assigned cleaner within their working hours.
