ADVANCED IMAGE CONTROLS
- Fast, intuitive focus and exposure controls: Tap the screen to set focus/exposure, tap again to lock.
- Shutter and ISO Priority Modes: In addition to auto exposure, you can set specific Shutter Speed or ISO values to adhere to and let the app automatically adjust exposure for the unlocked value.
- Cross-swipe manual controls: The most intuitive way to manually adjust focus and exposure. Swipe across the image to dial in your perfect shot. Swipe up and down to adjust exposure. Swipe left and right to adjust focus.
- Reactive analytics: A foundation feature of Filmic Pro and now in a photo app. Manually adjusting your focus and exposure will automatically apply focus peaking or zebra stripes to make sure you get your shot just right.
- RGB Histogram: Dynamically shows the exposure profile of the image across all color channels.

— Localizations - The app has been localized for the following languages: Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
— DNG and TIFF for everyone - Raw DNG and TIFF formats are available for use even without premium membership.
— Print film simulation pack - Premium members now have the option to use four new film simulations based on classic print processing types from the past.
— TIFF processing - TIFF images can now be taken using any combination of film grain, vignette or film simulation.
— Stability and Performance - We have been loving how stable Firstlight has been in the first few releases but we have focused on a couple areas that warranted improvement and now the app is even better for it.

Firstlight v1.0.3 is here. We have been keeping a close eye on the new app now that so many of you are taking great photos with it. We discovered a few things that needed some tweaks.
Resolved in this update:
- Fixed a crashing event related to viewing photos in the library.
- Optimized a couple of our film simulations based on additional data from the field.
- Fixed a bug where the photo capture format was not being preserved between app launches (worked fine for paid users, but was broken for free users).
- Performance optimization and other small bug fixes.
Stay tuned for a long list of new capabilities in the future. New film simulations for premium members are just around the corner too. As always if you have any questions or suggestions please email us at support@filmicpro.com
