- Fixed the issue with Bluetooth scales data not getting recorded after brew guide has reached the end

Just a small bug fix to an issue with creating custom brew guides and the timer screen sometimes displaying an incorrect step.

A couple of small bug fixes:
- Sometimes it wasn't clear if a Bluetooth scale is connected. Now a yellow banner will appear whenever your scale is paired.
- Changing either coffee or water amount will now update the other value according to the selected ratio.
- Updating previous brews did not always save the changes, this should now be working as expected.
Filtru now supports Acaia Lunar™ and Acaia Pearl™ coffee scales. Simply launch the app and the scale will automatically pair with it.
It has been our #1 requested feature and we couldn't be happier to let all of you make use of these devices with our coffee app!
