The APP has a dedicated Garage view which only shows matched technician profiles. The Technicians view only shows matched Garage adverts.

This APP is designed specifically to enable garages to advertise job vacancies to a captive audience of skilled vehicle technicians in their local area. This APP allows Technicians to communicate with garage employers totally anonymously, this means they can view all job vacancies within their skill set, without compromising there current employment.

The App has garages currently looking for: Motorcycle Techs, Car Techs, Light Commercial Techs, Truck and Commercial Tech’s, Bus/Coach Tech’s, Agricultural/Plant Techs, Fork lift truck Techs and Tyre and Exhaust Techs.

If you’re a Technician? In a few easy steps you can create your anonymous profile. There is no lengthy CV’s to fill in, just a few tick boxes telling us a bit about you and what your skills are. Your profile will be then added to our list of 1000’s of UK techs interested in viewing the Job vacancy list. If a garage posts an advert that matches with your skill set and is near your location, they will appear in a list on your app. If you like what you see, you can let them know you wish to learn more about the job they are offering. If the garage likes the look of your profile, they can open a message board with you, where you can discuss the job in more detail or arrange to meet for and interview. If you’re a Garage? Download the APP, create an advert and find the dream Technician you’ve been looking for! Are you frustrated with trying to attract the right technicians to work in your garage? Have you places a sign outside your garage saying “Technician required” and still had no one suitable through the door? Have you tried the expensive job adverts in the local paper and had a poor response? You may have even paid a Recruitment Agency a large fee to try and find the right Tech. Well relax, here’s the solution! In a few easy steps you can create a Garage/Employer profile. Once you have a profile you can then create a job vacancy advert. This can run for as long as you choose. Technicians near your location that have the correct skill set you are looking for will see you advert. Also a list of suitable Technicians will appear on your APP, you can then vet these Techs with a simple swipe right to keep or swipe left to erase. Once you have your shortlist of technicians you can actively head hunt the Tech’s you like the look of. You can invite them to enter into a chat with you on the Apps message board. If they agree you can discuss the Job vacancy in more detail and invite them for an interview. They also have the opportunity to decline your advances if you may not be exactly what they are looking for.
