Firefly App 2.0 Highlights

A much wider selection of temperatures
From 6 pre-set temperatures in the old app to 31 pre-sets in the new app (200-500°F by 10°F increments, or 5°C increments if you prefer celsius).

A streamlined app experience
Connecting the app to the Firefly 2 has been integrated with the primary temperature control to get to the main activity more quickly. The slider is also more attractive and fun to use than the previous temperature selector.

A simplified "ready" indication
The LED now pulses twice and turns solid green after a 3 second pre-heat the same way every time. This reduces ambiguity about when to start your draw. Start as soon as the LED turns solid green every time for the most consistent performance. We like to call it "LED, count to 3."

A quicker draw
What used to take 10 seconds of inhalation time should now take about 7-8 seconds with the new firmware, requiring less effort for the same results. This is accomplished by increasing the power of the pre-heating stage and giving a more consistent indication to the user about when to start their draw. You can still start your draw any time you like of course, but for best results start as soon as the LED turns solid green.

Support new firmware

The Firefly App now has the capability to update the firmware of the Firefly 2, which enables new features that will make your vapor experience even more customizable and satisfying. The primary new feature you'll see in the App is called "Power Tuning", which allows very fine-grained control over the power output of the Firefly 2. You can use it to adjust your power output across all heating profiles by 1% at a time, up to 11% hotter or 11% cooler. Whatever your personal preference, this means that you can "tune" your device to produce the exact vapor consistency and temperature you desire. In addition, we've also made battery charge level detection much more accurate and fixed several minor bugs.
