New in Fitbod 4.0: Timed Interval Training!
You can now perform exercises over a period of time in our new HIIT-inspired workout format!
To turn on Timed Intervals:
1. Navigate to Your Gym profile
2. Find the “Timed Intervals” setting. You may consider creating a new Gym Profile for Timed Interval workouts.
3. Turn on Timed Intervals. You may select to start or end your workout with a Timed Interval circuit, or create your entire workout with multiple Timed Interval circuits.
4. In your workout, you’ll see a special circuit group titled as “Timed Interval”.
5. Start workout and tap into the Timed interval Circuit.
6. Tap on the gray Stopwatch icon to access a new Interval Timer. This timer will auto-play through the entire circuit. So you can put your phone down within visible distance and perform the entire circuit without having to tap “Log Set” You may also select to not auto-play the timer through the entire circuit.

Fitbit Integration:
Fitbod now posts your workouts to Fitbit, and will sync in your recently logged Fitbit Walk, Run and Bike workouts into Fitbod. Visit Settings > Connected Accounts to link your Fitbit account.
View Upcoming Workouts:
Tap on the ••• icon in the Workout tab and tap “View Upcoming Workouts” to see your next 3 planned workouts. Your next 3 workouts are calculated assuming you log the current workout as recommended. If you log a different workout than the recommendation, then your next 3 workouts will be recalculated.
