A big update just in time for the new year!

- Workout Timers
Fitlist now has timers that track your overall workout time for workouts. These will start either by using the play button or 'Do This Workout'.

- Updated Apple Health/Activity Integration
With our new timers, we will now track your overall workout time so this can be shared with Apple Health workouts and contribute to your activity rings.

- Updated strength logging screen
We've made it even easier to log your strength exercises on the phone by adding +/- buttons to quickly adjust your weight (NOTE: You can still enter weight and rep values directly just as before). This includes new timers for duration based exercises. Any duration exercises with pre-set values will now count down, if not specified will count up.

- iPhone X compatibility
