This report will help you to check your weekly progress and compare it with previous weeks. In this report you can check your body weight changes during selected week and see how fitness routine you are using is helping to get closer to your body weight goal. Also you can check total workouts, weekly total workouts duration , total weight lifted, total running or walking distance, calories burned and you average heart rate. We hope that this report can help you to check you weekly.

1. Introducing “Workout Plans”. It is possible now to combine your workouts in one workout plan. Day 1 - Workout1, Day 2 - Workout 2, and so on. Fitolog will keep track of your routine and the only thing you have to do, is to press “Start Workout” button, and Fitolog will start needed workout from your plan. It is also possible to set notifications to remind you of the next workout.
