About Five Seeds
The Five Seeds app provides an easy and organized way for you to keep track of your goals and the actions you take each day.
HOW THE FIVE SEEDS APP WILL HELP YOU
Some days it’s easy to get discouraged because things aren’t happening as quickly as you would like them to.
With the Five Seeds app, you can look back at all the seeds you planted, goals you accomplished and be rest assured that you are moving forward and improving your life.

FEATURES
Five Seeds is very simple to use. Easily keep track of your Goals, the Seeds you plant every day, your Progress, and even your favorite Quotes.
◆ HOME
The Home screen will show you how many Seeds you planted today along with a Quote. You have the option to change the Quote to one that inspires you.
◆ SEEDS
This is the section where you keep track of the 'seeds' you plant every day. If you have added Goals, you can assign the seed to one of your Goals; that way you will be able to keep track of how many seeds you planted for each Goal. You can also assign Tags to each seed.
◆ GOALS
Use the Goals section to keep track of the Goals you want to accomplish. You can add information about your goal, including a description of the goal, category, your motivation for accomplishing it, any resistance or blocks keeping you from achieving the goal, and how you will feel after you achieve the goal. Also, you can add a due date and a detailed Action Plan.
◆ MORE
In this section, you can keep track of your favorite Quotes, view your Progress, view the User's Guide, and more.
Although Five Seeds is available for the iPhone and iPad, it does not sync data between devices.
