While many applications add goals to your routine and track your progress on completing this goals we want you to track your progress of NOT practicing a given habit anymore.
We challenge you to start a new streak for you to let go of a habit you wanted to get rid of for a long time.
It's important that you identify the motivations that make you consider a habit as bad and harmful. You will be asked to check in once within 24 hours to get an indication as to whether or not we're on track to achieve your goals.
