Improvements on login screen:
- saving recently used country selection
- saving recently used username
Redesigned vehicles list:
- all vehicles are presented in single column with expandable/collapsible rows for better clarity
- added Group by button which allows grouping by: group, status, location, immobilisation state
- changed icon that indicates ignition to more generic Power On/Off symbol
- some improvements to immobilisation functionality and how padlock icon changes its colour depending on immobilisation command outcome
- increased checkbox size for easier vehicle selction
