Built for those short on time, smart and adjustable training that avoids junk miles. Every session and plan is curated to your chosen distance or specifically for the race you are training for. From 10k to 100 miles, let us guide you through some epic training!

We’ve simplified the process and offer affordable training that won't cost the earth. Normal training costs hundreds of $ per plan; we offer a wide range of detailed plans at a fraction of the cost, allowing more runners from every level to join our awesome community and just run better.

We all have busy lives, balancing family, friends, work, fitness, and just life in general. Your time is precious and in limited supply. Each training plan offers flexibility to change days and workouts to suit your needs, and each session targets maximum gains from the time available. To repeat: NO JUNK MILES!

Each race based plan is based on actual course profiles as well as knowledge we’ve gained from races that we’ve finished previously. We have insider knowledge and a ton of research to work out what it takes to smash each race and cater our plans accordingly.

Track your training progress via graphs and notes, accumulating data on what does and doesn’t work as you train. Our plans are also varied and challenging, offering various tempo and speed sets, hill reps, long runs, and more, all prepping you to be the best you can be on race day. Start with the free 10k plan to try it out, and then work your way up to 100 miles, because why not eh!

See what the rest of the week and month hold with a forward looking calendar view of upcoming sessions. Have that BBQ or recital to go to in 2 weeks time? No worries, adjust your days to suit your needs. As your schedule remains dynamic, you can fit your training in accordingly.

Your selected training plan gives you exclusive access to a community of like-minded runners via our Race Crews social feature. These are other runners who are doing the exact same distance or race you are, and only these runners so you won’t feel out of place and you’ll only get information that makes a difference to you. See what others think of the day’s workout, ask questions, share your photos and progress, chat about the upcoming race (where to stay, when to register), and more. We are all here to learn and improve as runners, and this is a great way to have some accountability and fun along the way.

Regular tips, tricks, running hacks, and in-depth articles are peppered throughout your training blocks to broaden your running knowledge and technique, shaping you into the best all round runner you can be. 30+ years of combined running knowledge and advice are on offer and included with every plan, not to mention all the other support and opinions available from your Race Crew.

We are a team of 2 dedicated runners with 35,000km of logged runs on tar, trail, and track. Over the years we have raced many events all over the world, from local trail races, major marathons, and even managed to bag some big name event finishes to our names. Having trained for these using professional coaches and trainers whose full time job is to run, after a while we found that they don't often understand that the average person has limited time to exercise and requires hard hitting quality training. We've found that training smart is key to enjoying and smashing races, and we want to guide the rest of the running community accordingly. So this is what we offer: smart, focused training and 100% support to get you the biggest bang for your buck!
