Focal Point Discipleship

Roy Abbott is the Founder and President of Focal Point Ministries. FPM is a regional servant ministry to the local church in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Indiana. FPM provides training and resources to the local church to equip its men and women to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through discipleship training, church leadership coaching, and conferences such as Iron Sharpens Iron. Our goal is to come alongside the local church to provide training and resources for men and women to become reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ. Roy and his wife, Kim, have been married for 36 years and have 3 grown children; Jesse, Ben, and Christine.
