The Footprint WFM solution allows users to complete forms and jobs on a mobile device.
By eliminating paperwork operatives increase the number of jobs dealt with on a daily basis. Travelling time is managed effectively as operators pick up jobs without having to go to and from the office.
Footprint WFM communicates in real time, keeping track of the jobs done out in the field. It can be linked to your existing back office system in order to ensure seamless workflow.

Footprint WFM comes with an extensive list of data fields which you can use to create job templates:

• Radio, Check and Dropdown lists
• Free text fields - read only or editable
• Date and Time stamps
• Signature capture
• Barcode and QR code scanning
• Geo-tag locations - Where was this photo taken?
• Photo / Video
• Offline databases

Re-designed user interface with simplified terminology
The menu bar is always visible on larger screen devices, making it easier for users to navigate the app and with less clicks to move between key screens. The layout has been specifically designed to cater for mobile, tablet and TomTom screen sizes.
Large font options can be set in the app
Improved readability, particularly important for in-cab usage where drivers need to gather key information at a glance.
Settings follow user, regardless of device
Users can personalise their display and other options and these settings will follow them in the event they are allocated a new or different device.
Enhanced job clustering in map view
Improved auto-zooming facility ensures current location and the addresses for all allocated jobs are displayed and readily zoomable.
Improved attachment handling
An increasingly important feature given the improvements in device cameras and the large files generated by high resolution cameras. The improvements will reduce the risks of system slow-down due to large image files.
Facility to sort job list using options such as distance or due date
To enable users to find jobs quickly and easily.
Facility to flip to map and navigation view for each job
Facility to view all jobs on a map on all devices, including TomTom devices
The facility previously only available to non-TomTom users can now be enjoyed by all.
Automated saving of work-in-progress
Draft saving ensure that work in progress is not lost, even if the user is working off-line.
