As a busy driver of a company fleet vehicle, having a well-maintained vehicle is critical to ensuring you can complete your jobs on time. Ford Pro Telematics™ Drive is designed to help you do just that. By providing you with a quick and simple way to inform your manager of any issues, your vehicle can be maintained to the highest standards.
This is the reason your company has invited you to download the Ford Pro Telematics™ Drive app. When you install the mobile application and login with your email and password, you will be able to perform the following tasks;
• Driver to Vehicle Association. Select and share the details of the vehicle you are driving with your manager
• Daily Driver Checks. Complete a simple checklist to ensure that your vehicle is road worthy.
• Issue Reporting. Quickly and easily report issues with your vehicle to your company either during the daily check or at any time during the day.
Please Note: You can only use this app if your company has a signed an agreement for Ford Pro Telematics™. Please do not download this app if you have not received an invitation from your company fleet administrator.

We enhanced the Vehicle Details screen to display fuel and battery levels in percentage for both internal combustion engine and plug-in hybrid vehicles of a fleet.
Fleet managers can view a page with details about an issue raised with a specific vehicle. The page contains a description of the issue, where was it or what triggered it and suggest course of action.
Drivers can now stay informed on the whereabouts of their fleet by viewing the vehicle's address.

Fleet managers can now view the location of a vehicle on the map. The feature allows users to:
- Zoom in and out of the map for a better understanding of the position of the vehicle.
- See driver's and vehicle's names.

Fleet managers can now choose how to view the electric fleet based on a selected low threshold of battery levels or remaining range. This setting helps them prioritise vehicle charging. The low threshold can be changed from the Edit function under the Battery Levels feature.

Fleet Managers can now view Ford Telematics Essentials (FTE) vehicles in their fleet.
On the Fleet screen, Fleet Managers can now see battery charge levels of their electric fleet. Furthermore, they can drill down to a list with details on each vehicle's battery level and range, so that they can prioritise charging.
