About Freshsales

Freshsales is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution. It comes with built-in phone and email, event tracking, contact scoring, automation, and integrations with a variety of apps.

The Freshsales mobile app for iOS makes it easy for you to access your customer data and track your sales pipeline on your favorite Apple device, wherever you are.

From the home page, get quick context into your tasks and appointments for the day. Use the in-app calendar to manage your appointments. Also, access Google Maps right from the app and even book an Uber to the location of your meeting. Plus you can add contacts, accounts, and deals, make phone calls, send emails, and change deal stages on the mobile app.

All edits are automatically synced with your Freshsales web app, so your customer data is always up to date. You can also use this app offline.

Users from Freshsales, Freshsales Classic, and Freshsales Suite on the web can use this mobile app.

Collaborators in custom sales activities: 
Now add collaborators (your team members) to custom sales activities like business lunches and onsite visits. This is particularly helpful when you need the rest of your team to be part of the activities you engage in. Collaborators will be notified when they’re added to these activities.

A new look and feel for your records:
We’re enhancing your experience inside contacts, accounts, deals, and any custom modules/sales activities you’ve set up. First up, the fields are brighter and easier to scan. You can edit a field while staying on the screen, so there’s less moving around and more context. Finally, selecting dates is so much easier.

Default number fields are bigger:
These fields support 16 digits before the decimal point (up from 11). So for fields like deal value, you can now store bigger values.

Related records visible inside custom modules:
If you have a custom module (like Properties), and you related it to a module (say Contacts), you’ll see the related contacts under your properties in a new section called “More.”

Rename your files: When you upload a file into your mobile app, you can change its name.

Auto-fill deal names: Based on details like related contacts, accounts, and type, your deal’s name is automatically filled. You can edit it anytime you like.

Save CPQ documents for quick access: If you’ve got a contract related to a deal, save this document as a PDF in your phone, or under the Files section of that deal.

Add call duration in manual call logs: Make your manual call logs more detailed by adding the call duration for them.

Join Teams meetings from mobile: If you’ve connected your Teams account to the Freshsales web app, use the mobile app to add Teams links to your meetings.

Permission for manual call logs: In the web app, under Admin Settings > Roles, there’s a permission for manual call logs. This extends to mobile now.

Update to deals: In the web app, under Admin Settings > Deals, admins can prevent users from setting past dates as a deal’s expected close date. This extends to mobile now.

Your customizations are always in sync: In a contact’s page on the web app, if you rename a section, hide it, or move it around, all customizations will carry over to mobile.

Refreshing a record is easier: When you’re viewing a contact, account, deal, product, or even a custom record, just pull down to refresh the record.

Activities are more detailed and organized: Every activity related to a record—tasks, meetings, or even custom activities—can now be found inside the record under the new “Activities” tab. Plus we’ve added a count against each activity, so now you know exactly how many tasks and meetings you set up for a contact, how many you completed, and how many are overdue.

More flexibility while adding products to deals: Now you can edit the unit price and setup fee of a product when you add it to a deal.

Sales tax is now optional: If sales tax doesn’t apply to your business, go to the respective document’s template (in the web app), turn off the Include sales tax toggle, and sync the document with your deal.
