Some answers to FAQ
1. iPad issues - We understand iPad users were facing some issues with videos. We are working on a fix for this, but please note we are not completely iPad optimized at the moment.
2. Not hearing sound from the videos - Check the mute switch on the side of your device, next to the volume keys. If your device has a Ring/Silent switch, make sure it's set to ring. If you can see orange, it's set to silent.
