We’re really excited to release the latest version of our App. We’ve been working hard to deliver improvements to our App and features you request.
Here’s what’s new in the GCN App:
Mute / unmute post notifications
One of our most requested improvements in the GCN App. All you need to do to mute notifications on an individual post is tap the three dots (top right of each post) and select Mute… or unmute. Muting a post stops all notifications from that post. Muting a post stops all push notifications from that post. You will still be able to see your notifications in the Alerts section of your App.
Votes notifications
Like muting and unmuting posts, you can now choose to enable or disable notifications on your submissions to Hack/Bodge and the Bike Vault. You can do this via the Alerts section in the menu.
Viewing a user’s profile
Seen some great posts by a user and want to see more? Simply tap the user’s profile image or username to see more.
Swiping between feeds
You can now switch between feeds with ease by swiping left or right between the feeds.
Apple sign in
We’ve continued to expand the options for sign on in the App and you can now sign in to the GCN App using Apple Sign in.
