Ova aplikacija namijenjena je građanima i široj javnosti kao vodič kroz temeljni propis o zaštiti osobnih podataka Uredbu (EU) 2016/679 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća o zaštiti pojedinaca u vezi s obradom osobnih podataka i o slobodnom kretanju takvih podataka te o stavljanju izvan snage Direktive 95/46/EZ - Opća uredba o zaštiti podataka. Aplikacija pruža detaljan prikaz teksta Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka s poveznicama na relevantne tekstove iz preambule propisa te stoga može poslužiti kao jednostavni informativni alat. Ovakav prikaz Opće uredbe omogućuje, kako pojedincima tako i poslovnim subjektima, jednostavniji pristup tekstu propisa, a samim time i bolje poznavanje propisa i usklađivanje poslovanja s istim.
