About Genband RTC for C4C
GENBAND RTC for C4C delivers Real-Time Communications services (point to point voice and video calling, IM and employee directory) to an iPad. This mobile app can be deployed as a user’s primary communication app or in concert with other SAP Hybris Real-Time Communicator clients or standards-based SIP phones/devices.
GENBAND RTC for C4C services include:
• Voice Calling
• Video Calling
• Instant Messaging
• Employee Directory
Other features include:
• Security and encryption via HTTPS and SRTP
• Support for multiple languages
PLEASE NOTE: This application is intended to be used in conjunction with the latest SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, extended edition on iPad. The GENBAND RTC for C4C client requires that you have activated the service in SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer. Contact your administrator to enable this service on your account.
