The Get Help® app is your local connection to urgently needed healthcare and social services, ranging from emergency shelter during a crisis to a detox or rehab facility for a loved one.
How it works:
SEARCH FOR SERVICES
When time is of the essence, all you need to do is open up the app and click the service you are looking for. Within seconds, we’ll search our database of over 20,000 facilities and show you what is available near you. Logged out? Not a problem, you can still search.
LOCATION-BASED
Using your current location, we are able to filter services within a 10 mile radius of where you are. Looking for someone else? Not a problem! You can change the search location at any time.
VETTED SERVICES
Many of our services come directly from local authorities, and our team diligently verifies these services before publishing them. In addition, we’ve ensured the data collected is from verified, nationally recognized sources. So you can always trust that the facilities and services listed are accurate.

Gone are the days of tracking your referrals via pen and paper — now you can manage them digitally in Version 2.5!
Once you find a match, within a few taps you’ll have a successfully created referral. For facilities using GET HELP, your referrals will be automatically sent, allowing you to track their status without ever needing to pick up the phone. If the facility is not yet on our platform, you can still track the status manually.

We are excited to bring you Get Help Version 2.2, where you now have the ability to free type search criteria against facility names and service tags.

In this update, we’ve improved the map experience. Now the search results will be updated as you move around on the map, and we’ve added color-coded location pins so you can easily see the availability status of the facility from within the map view without needing to open the listing result.
