The GETDOWNBP app features interactive modules designed to help lower blood pressure. From healthy eating to exercise and smoking cessation, the GETDOWNBP app provides the tools, support and information needed to lower blood pressure and improve overall health. This app can integrate with the Health app via HealthKit. If you opt-in, the app will show you a step count. This integration is entirely optional, and is not required to use this app.
