Ghost Posts

Ghost-Posts offers a unique way to secure communication/messaging. Some messaging apps provide message protection by requiring facial recognition or password protection before accessing all messages. Once unlocked, message contents are visible. If the access is compromised, ALL messages become visible.

With Ghost-Posts, each message is encrypted with a "secret" provided by the SENDER, not the recipient. The secret must be shared with the recipient in order for the message contents to be revealed (How that is done is up to the two participants). Each time the recipient would like to reveal any message contents, the secret must be supplied. Otherwise, the message is unreadable. This greatly improves protecting your messages from prying eyes.

The data is encrypted with the "secret" before being transported. Without the secret, there is no way to view the message contents. The secret is never stored anywhere (Even we don't have it!). If the secret is lost, forgotten or never known, the message contents will be unavailable.

While this app is not intended to replace your favorite messaging services due to the added complexity (although it could), it is available to help protect you when what you're sending requires heightened security (sensitive information, images, etc.).
