This release focuses on reliability of customer communications as well as other key bug fixes.

Customer Portal 2.0 & Gingr for Pet Parents Mobile App Updates
Text displays as formatted, including font color, in the Gingr for Pet Parents mobile app.
If additional date fields are added to forms (Owner Form, Animal Form, and Lead Form), then data entered in those fields via the customer portal display when viewed in the business portal or customer portal.
Viewing of webcam(s) is allowed if 1 pet in the family fulfills the requirements to view the webcam.
Booking category selector does not display a blank page when toggling between categories.
Group class times display as configured in the ‘js date string’ field found on the Admin >> Custom Configurations page.
Updated descriptive text on Public Webcams page to ‘These cameras are placed in public areas and are available for anyone to see.’
Location address does not display a duplicate comma when only 1 address line is entered.
Accurate reservation end date displays on invoices when the actual end date did not match what was originally scheduled for the pet.
Non-US formatted phone numbers may be used to login.
Captions for photos and videos display in Report Cards.
Capture IP address for agreements that are signed when a customer initially registers or edits their owner profile.
Business logos display on Report Cards.
Display survey responses in the Surveys Report, even if the customer does not login prior to completing and submitting the survey.
Labels display as configured for multi-input system fields (such as credit card, feeding schedule, and medication schedule) on owner and animal forms.
Communication preferences are updated upon initial toggle by the user.
When requesting slot-based services as add-ons to reservations, the correct number of slots are assigned to that service and slot capacity is validated.
The asterisk indicating a required field displays on the medication schedule when the medication schedule is configured as a required field.
The asterisk indicating a required field displays on the feeding schedule when the feeding schedule is configured as a required field.
If ‘owner files’ is a required field on the Owner Form and at least 1 file is already attached to the owner’s account, then the customer is not required to upload another file to proceed.
‘Please complete required fields’ error message displays if customer does not completed required fields when adding recurring reservations.
When New Customer Registration is disabled, the error message displays on the actual registration page, not on the portal login page.

Resolved an issue with Gingr PreCheck where the buttons did not allow the user to advance to the next step. These buttons were functional in mobile web browsers, but not in the Gingr for Pet Parents Mobile App.

Resolved an issue with customers receiving the error message ‘It looks like you already exist in our system’ when clicking on the Save button more than once after creating a new owner profile. Owner account was successfully created upon initial click, so the 2nd click generated the error. With this fix, customers are redirected to the home page upon successful creation of their owner account in the Gingr for Pet Parents Mobile App.
