Improved editor navigation and shortcuts. The following new shortcuts work when using external editor:
Left Arrow: Move cursor to left
Right Arrow: Move cursor to right
Up Arrow: Move cursor up (supports wrapped lines )
Down Arrow: Move cursor down (supports wrapped lines)
Shift + Left: Move left with selections on
Shift + Right: Move right with selections on
Shift + Up: Move up with selections on
Shift + Down: Move down with selection on
Cmd + Shift + Right: Select all to the right
Cmd + Shift + Left: Select all to the left
Cmd + Shift + Top: Select all lines above
Cmd + Shift + Bottom: Select all lines below
