＜Service Feature＞
Find the nearest taxi to pick you up as soon as possible.
The nearest affiliated taxis will be dispatched to your location.
Requesting a taxi from the app is super easy and quick. Our app will become your best friend and strongest ally in the fight against oversleeping and getting in on time.


2. Get your taxi’s estimated arrival time so that you can use your time how you want.
No more waiting by the side of the road. You’ll get a notification once your taxi arrives.
If needed, you can use the apps messaging function to contact the driver directly.


3. Cashless experience with GO Pay.
You can finish up payment process while enjoying your ride.
Or, register your credit card in the app and payments will be made with no other input via GO Pay. Once you arrive at your destination, simply get of the taxi and continue your day. No more dealing with finding change or credit card receipts.
*Not available in a limited number of taxis.


4. Schedule a taxi in advance.
Reservation service is available that automatically arranges taxis so that you can board around your specified date and time.
Reservation service calculates the number of vehicles that can be arranged for a given period and location making it much easier to get a taxi when and where you want

5. Specify the taxi you want to ride.
You can select from a wide range of vehicles. For example, you can select vehicle with a sliding door that makes it easy to get on and off even when you have large luggage, or a vehicle with drivers who have undergone wheelchair-adaptive training.
*Vehicles with sliding doors are limited to Tokyo. Other vehicles are limited to certain areas, with plans for expansion.


6. New services!
Airport Flat-rate:
A service that provides a flat rate fare between a specified locations such as your home, hotel, station, or travel destination and the airport. Airport Flat-rate does not require advance reservations and can be used similarly to calling a normal taxi. Currently supporting: boarding from Tokyo – Haneda/Narita Airport (Tokyo – Narita is only transfer to the airport).


GO PREMIUM:
A service in which an exceptional driver picks you up in a luxury one-box car. You can easily place an order using the app. Currently you can request your ride from 15 wards* in Tokyo.
*Available 15 wards: Chiyoda-ku, Chuo-ku, Minato-ku, Shinjuku-ku, Bunkyo-ku, Taito-ku, Sumida-ku, Koto-ku, Shinagawa-ku, Meguro-ku, Ota-ku, Setagaya-ku, Shibuya-ku, Nakano-ku, Toshima-ku
*Some areas in Taito-ku, Sumida-ku, Koto-ku, Shinagawa-ku, Ota-ku, Setagaya-ku, Nakano-ku and Toshima-ku are not eligible.

・This service is available only in Japan.
・Japanese phone number is required for now.
・Only credit cards are accepted for now. (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club)
・We may not be able to request a taxi if there are no taxis available in the area.
・In addition to the fare and pick-up fee, GO app charge etc. will be charged in some areas.
・Estimated taxi arrival time are estimates at that point in time, and may change depending on traffic conditions, etc.
・Due to traffic conditions and other circumstances, the vehicle may be canceled once it has been requested.
・When using the GO app, it is necessary to turn on the GPS function and push notification function of the terminal setting.
・If you are already registered with the old MOV or Takubell, you will not be given a 500 yen coupon for new registration even if you newly register with GO.
・Coupons can only be used when GO Pay is selected
・You can only use one coupon per ride.
・Coupons can be used by selecting the coupon to be used when selecting the payment method.
