About GojiTate
GojiTate is an innovative guided meditation app for both beginners and experts -- a key "mindful" component of our GojiVerse wellness platform! (Please check Goji Play and GojiGo.) It uses an advanced, video-based algorithm to measure and display your heard rates (HR) during your entire meditation session. Your live HR readings and the breathing clues will serve as your focus point. More importantly, when your mind start to wander, so will your HR! Therefore, your goal is to clear your mind and to maintain a steady HR. And you will earn a higher GT Score!
At the end of your GojiTate session, you have the option to "tag" your session for future reference and analyses. For example, doing meditations after an intensive workout will help with your recovery, and your HR will likely be higher than normal. Therefore, tagging your GojiTate sessions -- such as Post-Workout, Content, Happy, Work Stress, Family Stress, etc. -- will provide you with meaningful insights.
The summary screen will also provide a wealth of wellness information. In addition to your GT Score, it will display your detailed session HRs and HRV (Heart Rate Variability -- 20xLnRMSSD), your average HR and HRV within the last 30-day trends, and your Goji Tone. Goji Tone is our unique calculation on your subtle but critical HR difference between your inhale and exhale (if you follow the breathing clue)! Both GojiTone and HRV are good measures of your health and resiliency -- the higher the better for both readings!
Stress is everywhere in our everyday lives! Decompressing with a few GojiTate sessions is easy and convenient. For example, you can do quick GojiTate sessions whenever you have a few free moments in the office (as shown). And do a few more sessions throughout the day: in the morning, before you go to bed, after your workout, etc.
For expert meditation practitioners, you can either close your your eyes (and ignore the GojiTone reading) or squint and follow the guided breaths. You can also adjust the breathing cycles -- they will get longer as the session gets longer than 10 mins! Be well!
