When you enter the 4th time (t3) and the value (D), it calculates Gomp-Ex boundary and the second phase decline slope.
By entering an arbitrary time (tx), you will know the value (F(tx)) at tx.
By entering an arbitrary value (value Y), you will know the time to reach the value Y. Time to Y can be used for response guided therapy.
