The Great Work app from O.C. Tanner makes recognition easy when you are on-the-go. Simply sync the app to your organization's performance program to get started. The app will allow users to give eCards, submit nominations, approve or decline nominations, complete presentations, and order an award among other things.
And don’t worry, once the app is synced, all of your unique program configurations are applied ensuring that recognizing from the app is just as seamless and easy as it is online. The secure Great work app makes recognition quick, fun, and best of all, accessible from anywhere.

This version brings a couple quick bug fixes. Some people were experiencing a crash when trying to redeem a code for points—the worst time for the app to fail! This is now working properly.
Also, some people were seeing the wrong award level after completing the award nomination wizard. The correct award is now shown.
