About GreenPoint

GreenPoint is an application built to allow medical cannabis patients to locate, Horticulture Supply Shops, Soil & Nutrient Suppliers, as well as, dispensaries in their local area for the purposes of promoting, sharing, growing, and developing the miraculous benefits of medical cannabis.

GreenPoint members are required to join the Central California Cannabis Collective, and be verified as a medical cannabis patient, with a current medical recommendation to use cannabis, prior to the application being unlocked for full use.

The application is a geo-location application. The Users location is indicated, geo-located, on a map screen. Next, the User chooses the type of Plant Store (Earth or Nuth) or the dispensary (Brick or Wheel) they are looking for, and then navigates to the store's profile. The user may place a "GreenPoint" on their screen by touch. This drops a green pin at the chosen location, next to or near, the grow shop or dispensary. Clicking the directions button gives the most efficient route to that location.

Once the user decides which grow shop or dispensary they wish connect with, they may contact them by phone or email communication. With respect to grow shops, the user may order products online, and then pick them up at the shop.
