* Pricing adjustment based in dispute outcome
Upon finding a resolution for an order dispute, pricing will be adjusted in accordance with the former.

* Creating additional orders on behalf of your customers
As a laboratory, you want to help out your customer when they are predisposed. Now you can add additional orders - based on a previous one - on their behalf!

* Delete pending and prescribe later orders for your customers
When your clinicians have pending and prescribe later orders that will no longer be submitted… Don’t worry! Now you can delete them on their behalf.

* Back to a single submission stage in the workflow
Our platform now supports both foambox and plaster cast submission. Instead of having a funnel for these two type of order submissions, you can now tell them apart through some adorable icons. #ilovefoambox

* Manage clinicians who can’t or don’t want to use online tools
Some clinicians are not in the position to enter the GROM platform. Our system now allows laboratories to create accounts so they can still organize these “non-digital” customers.

* Create orders on behalf of clinicians who can’t or don’t want to use online tools
After receiving the paper based prescriptions of their clinicians, laboratories can now create orders on their behalf. Whenever the clinicians are ready, they can also get access to the platform and see the orders by themselves.

* Handling manually submitted foam boxes through our system
In addition to plaster casts, manually submitted foam boxes can now also be easily added to our order management platform.

* Adding scans of manually submitted foam box to an order
In integral part of adding these foamboxes is adding a single foam box scan.

* A range of updates to our reporting and billing system
So many updates that you just have to go to the Reporting page and check yourself!

* Custom generated order numbers
Are you using an existing line of order numbers to mark your medical device orders. Have no fear, in addition to GROM’s integrated order numbers you can now add your own.

* Creating order on behalf of clinicians
Do you have customers/clinicians who are not comfortable parting from paper based prescriptions? You can now digitize medical device orders on behalf of your customers. We are comfortable that your clinicians will join you on the GROM platform eventually.

* Inform clinicians that orders have been created on their behalf
Depending on your preference, our system is now able to email confirmation to clinicians regarding orders that you’ve generated.

* Dispute function
A dispute function has been added to ensure a fair resolution in case of any disagreement. We understand that in the world of custom made medical devices, precision is key. When an order is not made to specification, we want to make sure that a system is in place to ensure everyone agrees on a specific resolution and pricepoint

* Dispute adjusted pricing
When an order hasn't been made to order, discounts are often times given according to a mutual service agreement. GROM OMS allows that price to be automatically reflected in the reports without manual changes

* Enhanced feature in reporting page
Functional enhancement such as sorting and select all in the reporting page

Any and all of GROM’s progress is the result of user input. This was illustrated once again when we thought it was wise to remove a feature, but hadn’t asked our user base. So aside from adding new important options to our platform, we’ve also decided to reintroduce one by popular demand. Take a walk with me...

* Reattached prescription form to confirmation emails:
After some lovely feedback from our users, we realized that adding a prescription form to the confirmation email helps. Our OMS is growing, but our user interface still needs to make a few steps before we try this again!

* Dropdown menu for adjusting report page pricing:
As you’ve probably noticed, you can set different billing options for your customers in the report page. Now you can easily adjust the pricing of orders by tapping the dropdown menu under pricing. Just to highlight we emphasized this in our UI!

* Resending or deleting pending invites for customers
Every resource that we have goes into building products for you. That being said, sometimes we are not able to launch everything at the same time. For example, we had introduced the invite customer function recently. A function to resend or delete invites was not there, whoops! Well, for all you haters, now it is! Resend and delete at your discretion!

* Creating invoices from the main reporting page
The reporting function has been around for a few weeks but, similar to user invites, we still have a lot of work to do. To further improve your travels through our system, we’ve added a create invoice on the main reporting page. Simply select the user you are charging for your invoice and bill away. A billy, a billy…..

* Order Status Timeline:
Do you ever wonder about the exact time that your order went into production or was shipped? Wonder no more, your individual order manager already had a chat window, but now it also shows exactly when orders statuses were updated. So you can see exactly when you made a chat request in relation to status changes.

* Sole Proprietorship:
Are you a laboratory and were you inviting new clinicians who were a one-(wo)man band? Now you no longer have to generate a company first. Select sole proprietor and invite a new user. Add relevant information and *poof* you have a new customer onboard!

The reason for redesigning the user structure was secretly for a single reason. We wanted to integrate invoicing into the GROM platform. This goal has now become an early reality! We will still be implementing a bunch of improvements, but we’ve made a good start.

* Viewing invoices:
By entering the reporting function you can now view received invoices for your medical devices so you can review all your orders that are mentioned in your invoice.

* Compare invoices:
When receiving a bill from your laboratory for your medical device, easily compare your bill and see if it all checks out.

* Bug fixes:
More fixes more squashing! Sure you will enjoy it.

A wise (wo)man once said, you don’t know where you’re going, if you don’t know where you’ve been. By integrating plaster casting into our ordering system, it’s clear we want to be an all inclusive company. As inclusivity is our process, we don’t want to leave any clinicians behind! We didn’t stop there, see the list below for all our exciting new features!

* Log-in optimization:
As a startup, you sometimes have to prioritize functionality over aesthetics. As a result, our log-in page was somewhat wonky (yes I said it!). Now we have said that straight!

* Plaster order creation:
As a clinician, press the “New order button” at the bottom of the screen and select “Plaster cast”. Aside from being able to fill out your prescription form, you’ll also get guidance how to best send your cast to your laboratory. They will know its coming and check-in with you if it doesn’t!

* Plaster cast management:
Check the status of your plaster cast order with ease from the order management page to get the latest updates on your device.

* Adding and managing users
As a company, you’ll now be able to add (and remove) co-workers and customers from you smart phone with a few taps! Expanding your customer base and team has never been this easy!

* Additional orders
When going into individual orders, you can now order additional insoles from the comfort of your smartphone or tablet! No need to whip out your computer or iPad!
