The 'Growing healthy' app provides practical advice and tips to help you feed your baby for the first 9 months of life – whether this is breast or formula feeding, mixed feeding or introducing solids. It also helps you to understand your baby’s sleep patterns, find help when you need it and to make sure you look after yourself. The content was developed by dietitians at Deakin University, Melbourne and nurses based at the University of Technology Sydney and is based on the latest evidence.
