Users can now set pin not only for whole individual playlists for remote playlists and xtreamcodes
but also for each channel groups
All playlists will remain refresh/update automatically
- Users can now filter (hide/unhide) unwanted channel groups for remote playlists and xtreamcodes
(useful if users have lots of unwanted groups in playlists)
- Option for remote playlist on top of menu
- Added function to recognise global favourites on all channel list regardless of any playlist sources.
