Yes, the time has finally come with release 1.35. From now on you can plan your entire door-to-door journey with shared bicycles and scooters in combination with our public transport in our App. For the time being you can choose from the providers Felyx, Check, OV-fiets and Donkey. This range will be further expanded in the future.
To celebrate have a special collaboration with Donkey and you can book your first ride for free at Donkey. More information can be found in the app.

GVB is introducing a unique combi ticket in collaboration with Arriva and Keukenhof. Keukenhof is the most beautiful spring park in the world and will open its doors again from March 23th to May 14th 2023.

A number of incremental changes are part of this new release. For example, an active and open travel advice is from now refreshed on frequent basis and our marketing massages are now displayed in a more compact way, so that other functions remain more visible. We also provide more information about the working of the Touch Swipe Planner and feedback the app is sent now to our customer service via WhatsApp. As a result, the continuity and speed of processing is better guaranteed.

Every trip in Amsterdam starts also in 2022 with the GVB travel app.
In the first release of the year, we make it possible to purchase a GVB Flex subscription in the app. GVB Flex is the travel product that allows you to travel flexibly throughout the Netherlands without a balance on your card. And you get a discount at GVB. You travel the way you want, by bus, tram or metro or by train.

In this release we are adding a number of new features. For Flex subscribers it is now possible to receive a push notification when they have reached their preset amount of travel costs. You can easily set and adjust the amount within My GVB. In addition you will now receive a notification if you are running an older version of the app. Finally we have implemented a number of fixes to further optimize the working of the app. The app will be further developed in the coming period and more functions will soon become available, so keep your app up to date.
