- Added a menu button on stories and comments to show the long press menu.
- Long press to show menu can now be disabled in settings with 2 new settings: "Long press story to show context menu" and "Long press comment to show context menu"
- Fixed a bug which was causing app launch to be slower. This was due to the 10000 posts being stored in history. I have now limited it to 500 as that seems reasonable without slowing the launch.

- Made the font size on home page match the font size for story titles
- Made title fonts a bit thinner
- Added a new setting "Use thick font for story titles"
- Child comment seperators are now indented

- Fixed a bug with font weight in settings
