Before you go live you can choose whether you want your livestream to be in landscape or portrait format, but you can send video in either format in real time. When in landscape mode, the broadcasting interface will show you a fullscreen camera image with a minimal interface to focus on getting a good shot, while the portrait mode interface has been updated to display the correct orientations for other video streams on the broadcast.
