This app was designed and created by realtors who actually live and practice real estate in Hawaii. Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com and other national apps simply cannot cannot provide the high level of detail, available in the Hawaiian MLS's. Because they try to make a "one size fits all" app, they end up with a very limited set of search criteria and property details. Hawaii is unique from all of the other states and counties across the country and this app contains that uniqueness.
