App is designed for all ages with the world accepted formulas like Mifflin St. Jeor Equation used in BMR calculation.

**About calculators
* BMI calculator : is a value derived from the mass and height of an individual. The BMI is defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height.You can check your weight category and make decisions on losing or gaining weight. This is also a child BMI calculator so you can check the BMI values for children.
* BFP calculator : body fat includes essential body fat and storage body fat. Essential body fat is necessary to maintain life and reproductive functions. It is widely used as a measure of fitness level.
* BMR calculator : BMR is the amount of energy expressed in calories that a person needs to keep the body functioning at rest. Some of those processes are breathing, blood circulation, controlling body temperature, cell growth, brain and nerve function, and contraction of muscles. BMR affects the rate that a person burns calories and ultimately whether maintain, gain, or lose weight.
