About Heart Rate Plus+

A normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. ... For example, a well-trained athlete might have a normal resting heart rate closer to 40 beats per minute. To measure your heart rate, simply check your pulse.

The Heart rate plus+ app detects your pulse by using the camera of your phone. When your heart beats, the volume of the blood flowing through your finger tip be changed. This application use the camera to capture the image and use algorithms to recognize the heart beat.
-> Start application
-> Put the "TIP" of your finger on the camera.
-> Ensure Flash LED is on/environment is well-lit and Don't press too hard.
-> The result should show in a few seconds.
