The Helium Wallet v2.3.1 is primarily a bugfix release but includes a feature to help repair partially onboarded Hotspots. When a Hotspot maker doesn't have sufficient funds to cover onboarding Data Credits, a Hotspot ends up in an intermediate state on-chain and needs to be repaired. You can now repair this state in the app when the maker tops up their Data Credit balance.

* Address some community reports of not being able to claim tokens

This release introduces an important feature to the Helium Wallet app that was once only possible in the individual Maker Hotspot apps: asserting locations. You should now be able to update your Hotspot location directly in the Wallet assuming you have enough Data Credits.

* Improved Transaction UX when accounts have insufficient SOL. Also added simulations for multiple transactions executing together (e.g., governance claims).
* Improved Claim UX to mitigate potential accidental transfers.
* Improve Hotspot Management UX with better styling and better support for more than 20 Hotspots in an account.
