Hello Sitter provides on-demand babysitters to meet the childcare needs of your family, bookings can be made from 1 hour to 10 days away and every babysitter is fully vetted and highly experienced. We curate your matches based on the information you provide us about your family.
Designed for the busy parents of New York we are changing what it means to find the right babysitter, taking the stress out of contacting, securing and paying for your childcare.
How does it work?
After signing up and telling us a little bit about your children and what you want in a babysitter you can select the date and time you need and our very clever technology matches you with the perfect fit. You can view each babysitter’s profile, read reviews from fellow parents and even watch a short video. Anyone matched to you is available, so go ahead and hit book and it’s as easy as 1-2-3.

Improved payment authorisation failure: Now your booking will no longer auto-cancel if your payment details fail. Instead we prompt you to update these details for the booking to be scheduled.

Recurring Bookings: Have a part time position to fill or just want the same sitter every date night? You now have the ability with our recurring booking feature.
We have made it even easier to accept sitters when they offer on your booking with a new Accept Offer button in the pending booking detail screen.
You can now easily remove sitters from your favorites list on the "my sitters" tab.
Improvement in entering phone number when you have a non US number (alert is shown to user when selecting country code in registration and my profile view).
Want to share a sitter? You can now make bookings for 6 children.
