Balance Adjustment

1.Optimized some Equipment set attributes to make them more align with the weapon they originally designed for:
a)Warrior set attributes optimized from HP to Crit. rate
b)Priest set attributes optimized from Crit. rate to HP
c)High Priest set attributes optimized from Crit. rate to Attack
d)Assassin set attributes optimized from Attack to Evasion
e)Shadow Lurker set attributes optimized from Accuracy to Evasion

Improvements
1. Bootcamp optimization: Ongoing progress will reset (previously claimed rewards excluded), and compensation will be sent to players affected.
2. VIP and VVIP optimized and now stackable.
3. Certain hero Talent buffs and conditions now can be cleansed/removed.
4. A new mission added for Hero Valley
5. Auto salvage of 1000 pieces of equipment at a time added.
6. Path of Camelot event removed. We will issue compensation for players affected.

1. New event: Magic Cards. Flip cards to get useful materials and even win Heroic Equipment Cards!
2. New "Friendship" is available in Friends. You can raise Friendship with your friends by: send meat to or claim meat from your friends, spar with your friends, etc.

We hope everyone can have an amazing time with us this Spring! For you to have an unforgettable memory in HOT, we have made some major changes. Please check the following major changes:
1.Runes: Runes have been added to HoT! You can equip runes on weapons and armors to deck out your heroes with maximum BLING.
a)Runes: divided into 6 types of runes with different attributes. Each different rune shape will provide different attributes accordingly.
b)Rune levels: As runes are upgraded, the attributes imbued within will become more powerful and add more stats!
c)Rune sockets: Each weapon/armor piece would have rune slots pre-allocated based upon armor type/piece. There would be no randomness in Rune slot allocation on the same piece of equipment.
d)Unlocks:
i.1st Rune slot unlocks on equipment’s starting Epic lv. 1
ii.2nd Rune slot unlocks at Epic lv. 13
iii.3rd Rune slot unlocks Legendary lv. 11.
2.New function in home: “Expedition“（Unlock this function by beating stage 7-1 easy mode）: Players could send heroes to explore the magnificent world of Taslinia to find rare rewards (Runes, scroll chest, books, coins, and other resources)

c)Attempted cheating via memory injector and memory editing will also be banned even if cheater fails in the process.
d)To all cheaters: If you are permanently banned, we can consider unbanning your account if you submit a 4 minute apology video on Youtube with a video of yourself apologizing for ever cheating in any games and being a sore loser. 2 Minutes of the video will require you to dance and sing Rick Roll – Never Gonna Give You Up (Your apology video will be shared on Discord and our main Youtube Channel)
10.Fix the bug that healing reduction skills cannot affect monsters.
11.Optimized game performance at Home, so that battery usage and heat generation will be reduced.
a) Optimization on multiple parts of the game will be an ongoing process that will happen throughout multiple versions. Hero of Taslinia will run smoother and smoother as time progress, while also reducing battery usage, lag, and heat generation.

Also, we made some changes to optimize the experience in the world of HOT. Please check the following major changes:
1.In the description of Ice prison, change “causing freeze by one turn “to” causing freeze by two turns”.
2.Buff of burning will cause damage immediately. Buff of poison and bleed will cause damage in the next turn.
3.In the description of Laten Talent, change “100% chance causing critical damage” to “increasing critical rate by 100% if HP is full”.
4.Increase the reward of world boss, get 2 more additional items randomly in each fight.
5.In the description of Excruciating Pain Lv2, change “deal 102% damage every turn” to “deal 120% damage every turn.

1.Optimized the difficulty of stages for Hard and Hell mode.
-Hard mode will now be unlocked only after completing Island 8 under Easy Mode
-Hell mode will now be unlocked only after completing Island 8 under Hard mode
-All difficulty and drops have been scaled accordingly (higher rarity drops will now drop in Hell mode compared to before)

4. Optimized Arena’s regulation
- Improved matchmaking mechanics for more fair matches with increased likelihood of matching against real players instead of bots.
-Optimized Arena daily reward: Daily PvP reward has been changed from winning matches into participate in PvP matches.
- Reduced the amount of Rank point loss when you lose a PvP Match.

5. Optimized hero’s skill
- Adjust the order of unlocking skill for all occupations except Mage & Dagger
- Optimized balance between occupations
- Adjusted the prices of books in Tower Shop
- Adjusted the usage amount of Ability Book: the cost would be 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 to upgrade skill from Lv.1. to Lv.5.

6. Optimized Casca Dungeon
- Increased total Casca Dungeon level to 15. (Early levels to medium levels made easier, to improve growth smoothness so players won’t hit a huge difficulty spike suddenly)
- Wealth Dungeon is available all time (Earn more gold!)
- Decrease daily limit of Dungeon to 8 times from 15 times. (Total rewards after 8 wins is similarly equivalent to the 15 times a day from the previous version.)
-Adjust the reward distribution to accommodate up to level 15 dungeon
