Hiya! You can now add Widgets to your iPhone’s Lockscreen if you’re on iOS 16! For Call Screener users, we added a simple toggle at the top of the “Calls” screen so that you can easily see your voicemails! We also improved the call blocking experience for users that do not use Call Screener. We also fixed a few minor issues with Call Screener itself by adding improved error messaging. Note that we also increased the minimum iOS version that our app supports to iOS 13.

Hiya! This update contains a brand new feature for users of Enhanced Call Screening: real-time call screening. This feature allows you to screen unknown callers and automatically prompt them for their name and reason for calling (be sure to enable “Silence Unknown Callers” in iOS Settings to supercharge your experience). This new feature will be rolling out gradually to Hiya Premium subscribers over the next few weeks and is currently only available if you are on the AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile networks. If you use Enhanced Call Screening then you should check out the new Widget we’ve added. It lets you view recent call screen activity right from your iPhone’s home screen without having to open the Hiya app - nice! We also fixed an issue where the Neighbor Scam protection toggle would disable on its own… tsk, tsk. Finally, we improved the way potentially spoofed calls are displayed so that your Contacts aren’t flagged.
